The leaves are swirling and twirling in the crisp autumn air. Soup sounds good and we are dressing in layers, warming up the car, and searching for last year's gloves. Yes, the frost is on the pumpkin and then some!
TIP OF THE MONTH: MAKE SURE ONLY THE TURKEY GETS STUFFED!!!
Remember that a regular exercise program as well as better food choices will benefit your overall health. We cannot continue to eat larger portions, and then, choose the clicker and couch over a workout session. Consistency is an integral part of the journey to better health. Turn it up a notch and take control. You can do it and you are worth it. Conceive it. Believe it. Achieve it. Repeat often.
Ladies, put an end to negative thoughts about your height, weight, etc. Replace every negative thought with a positive one. Visualize yourself preparing and partaking in a more wholesome, healthy, nutritious meal. Visualize yourself full of energy and feeling great. Really see your beautiful selves. We do. Conceive it. Believe it. Achieve it. Repeat often.
The holiday season is fast approaching. Remember to fuel the furnace - eat smaller and often. Make food choices that will serve you well and allow yourself a few indulgences. They may not serve you well, but will sure put a big smile on your face!
'Tis the Season for giving thanks. We are thankful for family and precious friends like you. Stay warm and enjoy Thanksgiving. Spread the holiday cheer!
